Welcome to Popfolio.

Popfolio is a mobile application that helps collectors organize their figures, access product information and track estimated market values.

These terms govern your use of the application and its services.

1. Who we are

Popfolio is published by One More Pixel (SComm), Avenue des Pléiades 53, box 7, 1200 Brussels, Belgium, registered under number 0666.475.419. Contact: contact@numinam.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By using Popfolio, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. The service

Popfolio lets you:

• browse a catalog of Funko Pop! figures and scan their barcodes;
• build a collection, a wishlist and sets, and record information about your figures;
• view estimated market values;
• contribute to the shared catalog.

Some features need an internet connection, such as synchronization, market value updates and contributions. We may change, add or remove features to improve the service.

4. Your account

Building a collection requires signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the security of that account. Tell us at contact@numinam.com if you think someone else is using your Popfolio account.

You can delete your account at any time from the app’s settings (see the account deletion page).

5. Estimated market values

Market values displayed in Popfolio are estimates based on available market data at the time of collection.

They are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee a selling price, constitute an offer to purchase or represent a certified appraisal.

The actual value of a figure may vary depending on its condition, rarity, demand and selling circumstances.

Unless stated otherwise in the app, values are computed from the asking prices of active listings, not from completed sales. The app shows the basis of each value: the number of listings, the price range, the box condition and the date of the check.

6. Catalog accuracy

Popfolio aims to maintain an accurate and regularly updated catalog.

Some information may occasionally be incomplete, incorrect or temporarily unavailable. Users can report errors and suggest corrections directly through the app.

7. Community contributions

You can contribute to the shared catalog: photos, barcodes, box numbers and proposals of new figures.

• Your rights. You may only submit content you have the rights to. A photo you take yourself of a figure you own is the expected case. Do not submit images found elsewhere.
• Ownership. You keep your rights on your contributions.
• License. By submitting a contribution, you grant One More Pixel, for the full term of copyright, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt and display it in the Popfolio catalog and app.
• Review. Contributions are confirmed by other collectors who own the same figure, then may be verified, corrected, refused or removed at any time, including after publication.
• Reporting. To report problematic content, write to contact@numinam.com with a description of the content concerned.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• confirm contributions you have not checked, or manipulate confirmations;
• attempt to access other users’ data or disrupt the service;
• copy the catalog or market values, or extract or reuse all or part of them, including with bots, scripts or any other automated tool;
• use Popfolio for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after informing you except in urgent cases.

9. Popfolio+

Popfolio+ is not on sale yet. When it launches, the following rules will apply, completed with the details shown on the purchase screen:

• Features. Popfolio+ adds tools such as market value history and on-demand price updates. The exact list is shown in the app before purchase.
• Duration and renewal. Popfolio+ is an auto-renewing subscription of one month or one year. It renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Purchase and cancellation. Purchases are made and managed through your Apple or Google account. You can cancel from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Price changes. The price is shown in the app before purchase. If it changes, you will be informed by Apple or Google, under their rules, before it applies to you.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual property

The Popfolio app, its design, its code and its original content are protected by intellectual property law. You may use them only for your personal use of the service.

The shared catalog, including its entries, photos and market values, is a database protected by the database producer’s right (Book XI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). Without our written consent, you may not extract or reuse a substantial part of it, nor repeatedly and systematically extract or reuse even small parts of it.

Popfolio is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Funko, LLC. Funko and Pop! are trademarks of Funko, LLC. Other trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Popfolio available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the values or information shown in the app, such as buying or selling a figure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. If a change significantly affects your rights, we will tell you in the app before it applies.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In case of dispute, contact us first at contact@numinam.com; we will look for an amicable solution.
