Delete your Popfolio account
Last updated: October 9, 2026
You can delete your Popfolio account and the data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent: neither you nor we can recover the account afterwards.
From the app
- Open Popfolio and go to Settings.
- In the Account section, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with Delete my account.
The option appears only when you are signed in. Your account is deleted from our servers, then the copy of your collection on this phone is erased.
Without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, write to contact@numinam.com from the email address of your Apple or Google account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
If you used Apple’s “Hide My Email”, write from the address you use with Apple and tell us; we will help you identify the account.
What is deleted
- your account and the sign-in information received from Apple or Google;
- your collection, wishlist and sets, including prices paid, dates, conditions and notes;
- all the photos you took of your Pops;
- your contributions waiting for confirmation, and your confirmations;
- your support for other collectors’ proposals;
- the prices you reported from shared listings;
- any Popfolio+ entitlement recorded on your account.
What is kept
- Content already approved in the shared catalog, such as a photo or a barcode you contributed. It carries no link to your account.
- Pops you proposed that were added to the catalog stay there; your name is removed from them.
- Anonymous view counts, which identify no one.
- Server logs, for 30 days, then deleted.
Without an account
If you never signed in, Popfolio has no data about you on its servers. Uninstalling the app erases everything it stored on your phone.
Before you delete
Deleting the account also deletes your collection. To keep a copy, write to contact@numinam.com before deleting: we will send you your data in a structured format.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it first from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
